Food and Beverage orders

 The Lake Granbury Conference Center does not allow outside food or beverages in the building, so we have worked with them to offer for purchase the following beverage and lunch options for Friday, April 17, Saturday, April 18 and Sunday, April 19. 

$10 per person – per day             All day coffee, tea (iced & hot) and water 

$15 per lunch – per day              Boxed lunch (Sandwich, chips & cookie) OR a Boxed salad

Menu items are shown below.  

Choose your items from the PayPal drop down menu (located below the food menu) for each day and then check out.  Orders must be place by April 1, 2026

Roast Beef & Cheddar

Boars Head London Broil roast beef, Vermont Cheddar cheese, tomato, lettuce and Horsey Sause on country white sourdough.

Turkey Club

Mesquite turkey, applewood bacon, ham, lettuce, tomato, cheddar, house made honey mustard and mayo on country white sourdough.

Texas Fresh

Mesquite Turkey, Vermont cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo on baguette.

Ham & Swiss Croissant

Ham, Swiss cheese, on a butter croissant.

Chicken Salad

House made chicken salas with cranberries and toasted pecans, tomatoes, cucumber, on a bed of spring mix (house vinaigrette)

Southwest Salad

Chipotle chicken, black beans, corn, red onions, tomato, mashed avocado, cheddar cheese, (Avocado Ranch)

Texas Fresh Salad

House made hummus, cucumber, tomato, pickled red onion, and a mint pesto on a bed of mixed greens (House Vinaigrette)

Chef Salad

Ham, turkey, bacon, cucumber, tomato, cheddar cheese, boiled egg on a bed of romaine (house ranch)
