call for vendors

Now accepting vendor applications for the following

  • Gourd artists selling art & crafts made from gourds
  •  Gourd suppliers selling raw clean dry gourds and/or fresh green gourds 
  • Gourd suppliers selling items related to gourd art and/or tools
  • Basket Weavers
  • Pyrography / Wood burning 
  • Wood Carving
  • Leather art 
  • Loose or strung Beads, polished stones or cabochons (no jewelry)
  • Paintings
  • Fiber Art


 All items for sale shall be handmade unless items are a tools/supplies. 


 ALL NEW VENDORS MUST SUBMIT PICTURES to the vendor chairperson via email for review.  


Booth / Table Pricing Information and Details

  • Booth size 10' deep x 10' wide
  • TGS Member pricing $95 per booth 
  • Non-TGS Member pricing $115 per booth
  • One (1) 8' table & Two (2) chairs provided with each booth/table.
  • Extra tables and chairs are available for rental. Pricing is located on the vendor application.
  • Electricity available for $25 (vendor must bring heavy extension cords and power strips)


The building is air-conditioned and heated.


Application Deadline

  • Please submit your application and payment by March 15, 2026
  •  Please refer to the list of vendor approved sale items.  
  • Please allow 48 hours for the festival committee to review your application and let you know if it has been accepted and the fees due. 
  • Once accepted as a vendor by TGS, there will be no refunds unless festival is cancelled or unless the Festival Coordinator is able to rent that booth to another vendor.


Vendors are encouraged to be members of the Texas Gourd Society (TGS) and the American Gourd Society (AGS). TGS membership signup is

offered on the vendor application.

Setup and Breakdown Times


  • SETUP:  Thursday, April 16, 2026 – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM 
  • Unloading/Loading will be done through the entrances.  Please unload and move your vehicle to the parking area to make room for others that need to unload.
  • All tables must be dressed and covered to the floor.  All totes / boxes must be stored out of view under table or returned to your vehicle / trailer
  • No modifications of any type can be made to the building or any structure. This includes using nails, tacks or certain types of tape.


  • BREAKDOWN:  Sunday, April 19, 2026 - 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM. 
  • NO EARLY BREAKDOWNS.


All Vendors must display their Sales Tax Certificate. 

SALES TAX IS THE INDIVIUAL VENDORS RESPONSIBILITY. For help with Texas Sales Tax information, go to www.window.state.tx.us or call 800 252 5555.
