ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FORM
Membership renewal dues of $12 are
payable on January 1 of each year and shall be effective for one
calendar year (January 1 – December 31).
New members only joining in mid-year may pay
pro-rated dues for the year in which they join at $1.00 per remaining
month. Example: June - $7.00; December - $1.00.)
It is suggested that if a new member joins in September through
December, that payment should include the next year's dues.
(Example: October - $3.00 plus $12.00 = $15.00.)
